CANADA WIDE SHIPPING (Excludes QC, NL, NU, NT, & YT)

– We offer fast, free shipping to your door on orders of $200 or more Canada Wide. Orders under $200 will be subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

– Orders are normally delivered within 2-3 business days. Delays might occur due to inclimate weather or increased holiday volume.

SHIPPING TERMS

– Delivery times are measured in business days.
– Signature is required by an individual over 19 years of age at the time of delivery.
– All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days prior to shipping.
– The estimated arrival date & time is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered. – We cannot deliver on a specific date or time. – Deliveries will be made anywhere between 8am – 8pm (weekdays)
– We do not process orders on weekends or Ontario holidays.
– Delivery costs include applicable taxes.
– We do not deliver to PO boxes.

SHIPPING TO QUEBEC & OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Quebec
– Due to restrictions by the Quebec government, we are unable to ship to the province of Quebec at this time. Please feel free to give us a call at (519)-733-6551 for a list of products available to purchase in Quebec.

APARTMENTS & CONDOMINIUMS
– If access to your location requires an access code or use of a buzzer please include instructions in the second or third address line or “Add a comment to your order” in your cart or during checkout.

*Note: Most couriers will not be able to deliver to your apartment/condo door. The package is able to be accepted by a concierge in the lobby.

PO BOXES – Due to the signature required on our packages we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If an order is made with a delivery address to a PO Box, we will contact you to change the address or process a full refund for the order.

PRODUCT RETURNS

ONLINE WINE SHOP

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s address is correct. If you have listed incorrect shipping details, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred due to returns or re-shipments.

Upon delivery, if you wish to return any faulty product (broken bottles, corked product), it is incumbent upon you to immediately contact Pelee Island Winery:

You may be required to retain the bottle of faulty liquid (recorked and at least 3/4 full) for examination by the producer.

By using the Pelee Island Winery “Wine Shop” via the website www.peleeisland.com, you accept and acknowledge that you are subject to the return policies. 

Online Purchases: With a valid proof of purchase (an email invoice), any bottled product may be returned for exchange only, provided the item is unopened, in saleable condition, of the current vintage and was purchased in the last 14 days. The product will be exchanged for an item at the original purchase price shown on the email invoice. You will be required to pay for any additional applicable shipping charges.

What does saleable condition mean?

The product must be in the original condition (unopened, label and capsule intact, etc.) that will permit the item to be re­sold.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to cancel, make product changes, or apply a coupon code or gift certificate to an order once it has been shipped. Cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.
