Classic Corn on the Cob

Corn on the cob is a staple every summer so what better way to end the summer season than by enjoying some delicious corn on the cob, grilled on your barbecue? Here’s a recipe you have to try! Pair your corn with our Chardonnay Non-Oaked VQA which has intense ripe honeydew melon aromas on the nose. Its complimented by juicy ripe peaches and lime flavours on the palate with a lasting zesty finish. The buttery flavours of the corn will pair well with this unoaked wine.

Grilled Shrimp Foil Packets

Your last summer BBQ doesn’t have to be a full on production with these simple grilled shrimp foil packets. Think classic seafood but made easy and grilled right over your barbecue. Pair with a nice glass of Pelee Island Pinot Grigio – a compliment to any seafood dish, specifically buttery shrimp.

Grilled Ribs for Labour Day

Our friends over at Tunnel BBQ recently shared a video of some ribs they made using their Rib, Chicken and Butt Rub. Ribs are a classic meal for summertime barbecues. Pair your “fall off the bone” ribs with a glass of our Best in Show Cabernet Sauvignon.
