Pelee Pink Apple Sangria Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 bottle chilled Pelee Pink Rosé VQA (750 mL)
- 1 can Hopping Apple (473 mL)
- 2 oz triple sec
- 4 oz pomegranate juice
- 5 oz ginger ale
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Ice
Let's Make It
1. Build the base
In a large pitcher, combine Pelee Pink, triple sec, and pomegranate juice.
2. Add the fruit
Add sliced apple and cinnamon sticks. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let the flavours mingle.
3. Bring the bubbles
Just before serving, gently stir in the chilled Hopping Apple and ginger ale.
4. Pour & enjoy
Serve over ice and garnish with a fresh apple slice.

Add the bubbly ingredients last to help keep every pour lively and refreshing.
