Our Facilities:

Information regarding Room rentals

Come celebrate your Special Occasion at Pelee Island Winery;
enjoy your Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday, Bridal or Wedding Shower with us,
or hold a business meeting for your company or organization.

We will be happy to assist you with all your needs.
Allow us to:

Assist you in selecting the perfect wine for your occasion
Provide our wine glasses at no charge to you

Winery

The cost to rent our downstairs rooms or patio, are as follows:

Each room or patio separately, $300 for the first 3 hours + $100 for each additional hour.
Both rooms, $500.00 for the first 3 hours + $100 for each additional hour.
Both rooms and patio, $600.00 for the first 3 hours + $100.00 for each additional hour.

GST applicable on all room rentals.

Room Occupancy

Downstairs Rooms 200 people maximum

Room 1 - 100 guests, Room 2 - 100 guests
Covered Patio 98 people maximum
Full outside, including covered patio and all fenced in areas 598 people maximum

Use of the following is provided:

1 refrigerator
1 television and VCR (no cable or antenna hookup)
Glassware - short stem wine glasses ($3.00 breakage fee per glass)
Long wooden tables with benches for seating, as well as chairs.
Full kitchen with convection over/grill available at an additional cost.
($100.00 deposit, $50.00 refundable upon departure, providing kitchen is left clean)

We do not provide tablecloths or decorations.

Patio

All guests must keep wine / liquor within the confines of the fenced in area. We highly recommend the use of plastic glasses, dishes and utensils on the patio.

Patio Rentals: In the unfortunate event of inclement weather, an alternate indoor room will be provided for your convenience, for up to 200 guests. (upon availability)

Outside tables, chairs and tents are welcome for an event, however, Pelee Island Winery accepts no responsibility for items that break or go missing, etc. Rental costs for tables, chairs and tents are the responsibility of the room renter. We do not take care of renting of items.

Wine, Liquor and Beer can be served with a 'Special Occasion Permit', to be obtained by the room renter. We do not provide bartenders.

Catering:

Pelee Island Winery does not provide a catering service, however, we are always happy to provide a list of recommendations.

*All preparations and clean up are the responsibility of room occupant

$100.00 deposit required per rental. (deposit will be forfeit if clean up is incomplete)
Set up and take down / clean up are the responsibility of room renter.
Room Rental curfew of 12:00 midnight applies to everyone.

Room rentals are at your own risk. Pelee Island Winery accepts no responsibility for damage, missing items or injury obtained while using our facilities.

Outside Business Hours: (Weeknights after 5pm and Weekends)
Under 75 people $300.00

Ceremony on Pavilion Property: $50.00
