Sustainable farming practices have always been associated with viticulturalist Bruno Friesen, who oversees more than 30 vineyard staff. Born in Bajč, Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil, his agricultural experiences in South America and training in Ontario have allowed Bruno to integrate dozens of environment-first programs on winery land. The result is the freshest and purest grape growing conditions for Walter and Martin.
